IMO, initial steps, assuming no-one points out a major flaw in the idea! 1. Oracle sets up DNS and old site config such that it is also available at https://legacy.netbeans.org (Will had legacy earlier and does look better than old). 2. We (or I?) set up the .htaccess on netbeans.apache.org to point all missing paths to legacy.netbeans.org 3. Some testing! 4. Short time later, once domain and DNS is in Apache's hands, and we're sure it's working, point https://netbeans.org at https://netbeans.apache.org Step 0 might be to let this discussion play out for a few days first?
