Unfortunately it looks like the 9.0 repo is complete yet though? I was glad to 
see a new version of Netbeans up, but when I look for the PHP/Python/other 
language support it doesn't seem to be available, in fact there are just 7 
available plugins listed in tools->plugins. I know according to the July post 
the new ones will be coming... but as of now I'm not able to install even the 
8.2 ones after adding the 8.2 repo in that post:

The install button is disabled and I also can't seem to find the dark themes 
for 9.0?

Thanks for a great IDE and I'll be glad to check it out when the more language 
supports for 9 are finished.
