Hi,
cordova.platform.ios links against LGPL libraries which seemed to be an issue for Apache distribution: see https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x, LGPL 2.1 is explicitly listed. 


I'll try to fix the relevant code/dependencies today, sorry for the 
inconvenience.
