Hi To do maven release we need nb-repository-plugin to be donated first, then we can modify the code to fulfill the needs to cope with Apache rules.
At the time the maven infra is ready we should be able to publish old version (Apache NetBeans 9, maybe Apache Netbeans 10) by using the repesctive git branches. We will have some try and error phase at this point. Artifacts are important to do but should not slow the maturity process. Code donation can be done also if Apache NetBeans is TLP.
