I'd go with whichever is best for autocompletion while building NetBeans
RCP apps (but I don't know which one that is).

-Djavadoc.web.zip=$WORKSPACE/dist/incubating-netbeans-$VERSION-javadoc-web.zip"
after
"generate-uc-catalog"
in the jenkins incubator-netbeans-release job [1].
