We may want to set up a "bits.netbeans.org" main git repository that has
two git submodules, one pointing to a javadoc git repository and another
submodule pointing to a maven git repository. These will look like a
"subfolder".
Given conversations / issues around JavaDoc I'm personally in favour of
keeping these disconnected from the main site pipeline too.
