Dear mentors,
There are some individual contributors who would like to donate their
external work to Apache NetBeans (incubating).
Are there any rules on that besides what the license says under
"Contribution", if the contributed code is already under Apache 2.0 license?
So basically is a PR made by the "Licensor" enough to fulfill the
requirements? Or there are additional ones like, e.g. the Licensor has
to be an Apache Committer or anything else?
