it could be, that you are switching between branches, prior and past reintegration of the schemas. That would explain it. There also other modules, that download schemas and the leave around untracked files. At this time a forced checkout should overwrite the files and you can go on. If someone gets to it before me, great if not, I'll revisit it sometime next year, as I'm currently relocating and switching job, which will get my focus.
