I have been very hesitant to upgrade from the Oracle netbeans to the apache version but decided to try it today (10.0). Took me all of three minutes of use to crash it. opened the plugins list and switched to fullscreen while the popup was visible. repaint of the canvas barfed, briefly saw something about an exception, and the top level pulldown menu bar no longer worked. had to remotely kill the app.
