NiFI-1025: Imported aws-sdk:1.10.27 and joda-time: 2.8.2 to resolve AWS
issues with Java 1.8 update 60.
Re-did the tests to make them :
a_ clean up after themselves.
b_ fail if initial setup conditions are not met.
