    should definitely avoid client creation in the onScheduled call.  The 
client should be created if necessary in the onTrigger calls and in the event 
of IOExceptions and timeouts then it is probably best to tear down/close the 
client.  It will be automatically reconnected at each on trigger then.  In this 
current approach if the connection breaks after the processor is scheduled I 
don't think it will reconnect (unless the riemann client is doing that 
automatically)
