I believe the unit tests are failing now, for some combination of the
following reasons (see the [TravisCI
logs](https://s3.amazonaws.com/archive.travis-ci.org/jobs/111920709/log.txt))
* ITAbstractDynamoDBTest is no longer marked Ignore
* The file referenced in CREDENTIALS_FILE does not exist
* Json Document is now required
