NIFI-1296[REVIEW_ONLY] initial commit of Kafka processors that leverage
Kafka 0.9 API
This PR is not ready to be merged and is only to initiate incremental
review and initial testing of a new pair of Kafka processors that are build
using Kafka 0.9 API
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
