The NAR needs a LICENSE and NOTICE file, specifically the license chosen
for the Glassfish JSON stuff should be indicated (that we are choosing CDDL 1.1
over GPLv2 w CPE). There is an example in the Ambari bundle at:
nifi/nifi-nar-bundles/nifi-ambari-bundle/nifi-ambari-nar/src/main/resources/META-INF/NOTICE
