It appears that the unit tests I have added take a long time to complete
and causes Travis to timeout and fail. Specifically, the slow running tests
stand up an embedded Jetty server and deploys NiFi in order to evaluate the
access controls.
I have disabled RAT check plugin and enabled a multi-threaded build to
allow the tests cases to complete.
