Hey folks,

Apologies for the RC noise but I think it's the right call to also cancel
RC2 given the inclusion of the binaries into the source.  Unfortunately,
this was the combination of a few things on the machine I was doing the
release from.  I shall investigate to see if it makes more sense to migrate
the binaries in question to the target directory from resources on build
where they are cached or to provide explicit excludes for the source plugin
to minimize the number of times these artifacts must be downloaded.
