Tushar, I have added you to the contributor role. Most people write their articles on their own blog and post it wherever they like (a privately-owned site, Medium, DZone, GitHub Pages, vendor sites, etc.). For the official Apache NiFi blog, I believe you need to be a PMC member to post there.
There is no formal review process because you can write whatever you like. If you would like constructive feedback, you can send it to this mailing list requesting that.
