Guy, When you make a request to the NiFi UI, that request must be replicated to all nodes in the cluster. If a particular node in the cluster is overloaded, it can start to take a while to respond to requests. That, in turn, results in the entire UI feeling sluggish. So the idea behind that warning is that if your UI is starting to feel sluggish, that warning can help to give you an indication of where to start looking to determine which node is the likely culprit.
If your UI is not sluggish, then you can ignore the message.
