Hello Your flow is almost certainly not lost which is where the work is (save the flow.xml.gz somewhere).
But if the UI isn't coming up then it might still be working to recover the flowfile repository. Depends on the system/amount of data there/etc.. You might want to manually delete the flowfile repository and restart NiFi. It is a bit hard to know what state you're in at this time but it is likely very recoverable.
