Hi Mark, Thanks for reporting this finding. This error message happens when either a request to fetch the rules or the evaluation criteria fail. I would expect there to be more details in your user log and in the response text if you check DevTools for these web requests. I am going to try to replicate the failure locally but and any additional details you might be able to provide would be super helpful.
