Hi,
Normally we approve them within a couple of hours, but it may take a few
days. I believe we didn't get your request: I didn't see any requests
with your name or a similar username on Thursday. We see the full name,
username, and reason for the request, but not the email address.
If you suspect a temporary technical issue, you could try resubmitting
the request. If you used an email address that may be on some ASF Infra
blacklist, you could try with a different email address.

and it was requested that I contribute this processor to the main repo. I
applied for a Jira account in order to create a ticket on Thursday morning and
have not yet had an email regarding said application. Is this a normal time to
wait, or is there a step I've missed along the way somewhere?
