Jing, Because SelectHive3QL (and the nifi-hive3-nar in general) is not included with the convenience binary for Apache NiFi, the documentation for it is not published on the website. If you downloaded and installed the NAR into your instance, the documentation is available by dragging a SelectHive3QL instance onto the canvas, right-clicking on it and choosing "View usage" or "View documentation".
