you probably have the correct one then. that "+lists" email was made in
error when I emailed the jira notification list, I think.

Try taking a look at the permissions page:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/NIFI/permissions

see what's listed for "Assignable User" and "Assign Issues"
