Eliminate hardcoded compression codec classnames for PutHDFS and GetHDFS
Removed hardcoded compression codecs from AbstractHadoopProcessor. Allow
PutHDFS to discover the available codecs via CompressionCodecFactory, and allow
GetHDFS to choose the codec to use based on file extension.
