This isn't actually a vote on the resolution, its a vote on the concept of graduation. The Apache guidance actually doesn't have us creating the resolution until after we officially decided to try to graduate... we're just getting a head start. Nothing should be official until it goes to the IPMC. I think everything should be fine.
