NLPCrafters,
based on [1] discussion lets start a vote on data files location approach:
- all files data should be placed under folder defined in
NLPCRAFT_HOME system property.
- for java services NLPCRAFT_HOME can be defined via JVM property
(higher priority) or environment property (lower priority)
- default value for this property is <project_folder>/data
