Here are some candidates to optimize:
- NCNumericManager ~ 700ms - Review the initial loading of cached values and
reduce the amount of string concatenation/rewriting/trimming operations
- NCNlpCoreManager ~ 1500ms - Try not to use {{runtimeMirror}} of Scala
reflections as it takes most of the initialization time
- NCDictionaryManager ~ 700ms - Review loading of dictionaries from files
