Resolution: Fixed
ready for review in NLPCRAFT-190.
'reference.conf' properties conflicted with default akka properties. It occurs
when merging called for maven.shade plugin (AppendingTransformer)
Properties order was important in merged result 'reference.conf' file, so it
stopped work from some version.
Moving custom properties into 'application.conf' solves the problem.
