Ready to merge to master. Keep in mind - property from pom.xml gets set in IDEA
project (since it is maven imported project), so NLPCRAFT_CLI_TEST_ENABLED is
always set to true in IDEA. User need to explicitly set it to 'false' in
runtime configuration to disable this test.
