Per my suggestion in the other email thread, I think the answer here is to 
create a wiki page that collects all of the tutorials, and then simply link to 
that wiki page from the Nutch Forrest site...

Currently the menu has pages for...

Tutorial (0.7.2)
Tutorial (0.8.x)

This seems a bit silly when we are now on version 1.1

Alternatively, are we trying to keep a full set of documentation
entirely separate from the wiki? That seems like too much work.
