Dependencies are in place now and all is well in 1.3 and various Boilerplate
extractors work as well. If you commit, perhaps it's wise to add parse-tika for
HTML mime's to parse-plugins (now there's only parse-html). Then we only have
to set parse.includes in our configuration to switch between parse-tika and
parse-html (if there is any need to).
