I think this duplicates NUTCH-981. We could change one of these issues into an
issue for adding a Solr server to Nutch. Would also be useful for some other
Solr tasks (config and templates) to provide a search engine without the need
of obtaining a Solr instance. But that would duplicate NUTCH-717 i guess ;)
