as this has not been touched in a number of years the patch attachments are
really quite outdated. Even more so now that significant changes were committed
to Nutch 1.3. I suggest we either close this and mark as will not fix, or
alternatively update the patch to accommodate new classes. Is boosting of
various pages not addressed in various scoring plugins?
