Knowing about the number of queues gives a better idea of the distribution of
the fetch list per [host|domain|IP].
As for the size of the queues, it gets useful when the feeder has finished
reading form the input (i.e. can see 100% in the column complete) to assess how
soon the Fetch is going to finish.
