The functionality being delegated to Tika does mean that it is not happening
within the plugin languageidentifier.
I am not sure whether the problem comes specifically from the use if Eclipse
but Nutch is not meant to be compiled or ran from Eclipse : if there are side
issues related to that then there are self inflicted :-)
