This has been sorted out and I've removed the Nutch and Solr tutorial to
merge the best from both into the original Nutch tutorial. Now when people
are searching for Nutch and tutorial they are getting the most up-to-date
one. I'm also working on this for the Hadoop tutorial which should be
completed shortly.
