Actually, I should have said - if the spammer is currently subscribed to the lists, then forcibly unsubscribe them in the same manner, and just delete the moderation requests. Note that I did see the occasional spam from subscribed users on one of the lists I moderate - it looked as though their mail client had been compromised and was being used to send spam.
