I will be able to get it done before I shut down tonight. It will be
done at around 10pm GMT.

I think it is important for us to get it right, and yes Julien you're
absolutely correct, the src zip and tar archives will be a lot more
refined if we ditch the runtime dists. We might as well nail it just
now rather than the next RC manager realising it's not been dealt with
(unless of course we switch to maven.)

I'll backport the changes to trunk and Nutchgora aswell.
