Here is a hack to allow somebody to plug their own SolrServer into SolrIndexer.
It allows people to use EmbeddedSolrServer in Nutch.
It works by:
adding a constructor in SolrIndexer with parameter SolrServer,
adding an ugly method of getSolrServer into SolrUtils which returns SolrServer
if there is one provided by the programmer or returns default
getCommonsHttpSolrServer(...)
replacing every occurrence of getCommonsHttpSolrServer by getSolrServer.
