First attempt. Only remaining question is: Should I create a separate inner
class for URLPartioner inside FreeGenerator ? Earlier code was reusing it from
the Generator class. It can no longer be used as the new API expects the
partitioners to extend the new APIs' Partitioner class.
PFA the patch of changes done till now.
