As per recent discussion at INFRA and consequently on our dev@ list, I've
produced a downloads page for us based on the one we have over at Gora.
My syntax is not correct in line with Forrests DTD and I can;t for the life of
me find out what the hell is wrong. If someone could have a look, resolve and
publish it would be greatly appreciated.
