I think, we should provide at least ElasticSearch [NUTCH-1527] and Amazon
CloudSearch [NUTCH-1517] as well as a couple of text based ones (Seb's CSV and
SOLR's XML representation). For the rest, it's like any contribution, if it is
well written and useful to quite a few people then it should be committed.
Being plugin-based means that anyone can host an indexer somewhere else without
too much trouble (e.g. GitHub).
'Won't fix' would be a good status for this issue I think.
