WIP for 2.x
What started out small grew to a bit of a beast.
Fear not, we are nearly there with this one!
I am having a problem with the class imports for
org.apache.nutch.urlfilter.api.RegexURLFilterBaseTest as TestSuites are
implemented in a completely different way within the JUnit 4.X API.
Once we properly implement this, the rest will be a piece of cake.
I am retiring for the night shortly.
[~tejas.patil] if you wish ti pick this up then feel free. The bulk of the work
is out of the way!
