You've forgotten to upgrade quite a few dependencies in the plugin.xml
If you look at src/plugin/parse-tika you'll notice a file called build-ivy.xml.
This is used to get the deps from Ivy and put them in a lib dir, so if you do :
ant -f ./build-ivy.xml
ls lib/ | more
you'll get the exact list of dependencies pulled by Tika and can then put them
in plugin.xml
