Hi Talat, apologies for taking a while to get around to this one.
Unfortunately the patch is attempting to patch a file in a directory two above
"../../" the cwd.

Can you patch from the 'apache-nutch' directory as above?
Also, this is a pretty large test case... and there is no documentation on the
case at all.
It would be really helpful if you could possibly provide some documentation as
it would be nice, over time, to extend (if possible) the scoring tests to other
scoring plugins.
