Patch for trunk, also:
* update outdated package descriptions
* moved parse-metatags into "own" package "o.a.n.parse.metatags" (otherwise it
cannot be listed among parse filter plugins)
* changed the general description to stay in sync with the website: "web-search
project" -> "web crawler"
