Resolution: Won't Fix
This functionality could be useful to other users but I don't think it is
generic enough to be added to the codebase. What about hosting the plugin code
e.g. in GitHub and link to it from [http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/PluginCentral]
so that others could find it?
