Shortly indeed (1 hour in the middle of the night Europe time). Would have been
nice to give those who live on a different continent the chance of expressing
their views before committing.
Let's leave 'indexer-solr' in 'plugin.includes'. It does not harm to have it
there at all (it's just a bunch of jars that won't be used if you don't index)
and it won't force people to have to re-add it if they use the indexing, which
is the majority of Nutch users (see
[https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15Jg7dGoU2I1aHur3g5ia9qshCMES8hB1OLpf5q6sGXg/viewanalytics]).
Let's not make things more difficult for the majority of users.
The rest of the mechanism for handling the indexing is fine otherwise and a
nice addition to the code.

> Nutch used to work out of the box, without requiring an indexing backend. As
> of 1.9, that's not the case anymore (it's possible even before that). Thanks
> to [~markus17] for pointing out that this is due to the indexing-solr plugin
> being enabled by default. We should disable it by default, so that the
> regression is removed.
