Patch for 2.X HEAD.
This looks like a ton but it is not.
There is work to be done further upstream in the GoraCompiler to make the
generated Java beans more aesthetically pleasing.
I've made sure to also include the methods pertaining to NUTCH-1709. So that
the issues can still be committed independently.
One noticeable difference is the formatting of the JSON contained within
WebPage and Host schemas. I find this easier to read given the nature of the
documentation now involved with each field and schema respectively.
