Patch with two small fixes:
* If there is an error parsing the command line, the exception message is
printed to standard error.
* Remove the unnecessary {{@SuppressWarnings("static-access")}} annotations.
With this patch, if you enter an invalid command:
{code}
➜ ./nutch dump -invalid
Unrecognized option: -invalid
{code}
